My Before and After – Down 150 lbs from 12/26/10 – 9/3/11

Hello friends,

My name is Rob Graulau. Graulau (pronounced GRA-LOW) is a unique last name so my friends call me Rob G. I am a 35 year old guy originally from Queens, New York now residing in Florida. I have a super supportive big brother and the most awesome mom anyone could ask for. I am married to the most beautiful woman in the world, my wife and her name is Rosa. We have been married for 4 wonderful years and we hope to start a family in 2011.

My passion is to inspire people to shoot for the stars and I am a firm believer ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING! Around 3 years ago I had the Lap-Band surgery and I lost 100 lbs but without diet and exercise I have gained it all back and more. The band is a great tool but I now realize there is no getting around eating right and staying active.

This website will document my journey to lose over 300 lbs by December 31, 2011 through various types of support including social media such as blogging, Facebook and Twitter.

If you are READY to finally lose the weight, remember SUPPORT is the key to success! If you don’t have many friends and family, why don’t you try social networking? It is a free and simple way to keep up with people and make new friends =) At 600 lbs If I can stay positive and have a great attitude, so can you! It’s all about making GOOD choices.

Thank you for visiting Robgweightloss.com

God Bless

I have been doing your video workouts for about 2 weeks now. I have FSH muscular dystrophy and it is very hard for me to do much in the way of exercising. I can’t walk long distances so chair exercise is great for me. I let my weight get out of control and started in July 2013 to correct that. So far I have lost about 80 lbs, but would still like to lose another 100. I was wondering if you could give me an estmate on approximately how many calories one of the sessions burn. I appreciate your help and inspiration. Thank you, Michelle.
